Here at Wedding and Gems we’re so convinced that all our items are excellent quality that we offer a 12 month guarantee. So if your item breaks within 12 months (see conditions below) then we’ll fix it or replace it for you.
Our guarantee is only valid if an item has been taken care of and treated with respect.
This means:
- It is not exposed to chemicals, abnormally high or cold temperatures.
- It’s not been subjected to excessive force such as being sat or stood on, or dropped from a height.
- It has been stored correctly in a dry place away from sources of moisture as this speeds up the tarnishing process and causes stress on metal.
